YACON LEAF is a low growing plant that produces a tuberous leaf and root, and is used extensively in South American traditional medical systems. YACON LEAFis indigenous to Peru, and is found growing plentifully in the temperature Andean lowlands as well as Andean highland cloud forests, with altitudes reaching up to 10,000 feet.
